An Illinois dentist claims he received junk faxes Mesa Laboratories sent without consent nor any prior business relationship.
Mesa Laboratories, Inc. is the defendant in an Illinois dentist’s proposed class action in which he claims the defendant sent him unsolicited junk faxes despite a lack of any prior relationship or consent to receive such communications. Citing alleged Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) abuses, the complaint claims the defendant’s fax advertisements were sent to at least 40 other recipients in Illinois in addition to the plaintiff.
