The Buccini/Pollin Group, Inc. is facing a proposed class action in which the legal guardian of a wheelchair user claims the hotel operator’s complimentary guest transportation services are not accessible to individuals with disabilities. The suit centers on the defendant’s Crowne Plaza location in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania, where the plaintiff, after finding out the shuttle service was not wheelchair-accessible, was allegedly informed by hotel staff that no alternative transportation service would be provided. The case mentions 17 specific hotel locations run by the defendant that allegedly lack Americans with Disabilities Act-compliant guest shuttle services.
