A legally blind New York woman has filed a class action against Hotel Chandler claiming its website is not in compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). The 26-page lawsuit details allegations that Hotelchandler.com contains accessibility barriers that prevent disabled individuals from freely using the site and conducting business transactions without assistance.
