Cross v. West Coast Center, LLC et al
Filed: May 24, 2017 ◆§ 3:17-cv-01076-AJB-BGS
West Coast Center, LLC (which does business as Green World Pro) and two individual owners are defendants in a proposed class action lawsuit alleging TCPA violations.
California
West Coast Center, LLC (not to be confused with West Coast Call Center Inc., a similarly named business-to-business marketing company) is facing a proposed class action lawsuit along with two individual owners. The defendants, doing business as Green World Pro, allegedly violated the Telephone Consumer Protection Act by placing unsolicited robocalls to consumers’ cell phones. The plaintiff alleges that he received an autodialed call from the defendants without providing his prior consent and that the caller attempted to sell him a system of solar panels for his home. He argues that he had “no prior business relationship” with the defendant and that the call illegally invaded his privacy.
