Filed: March 26, 2018 ◆§ 3:18cv610
The defendant, which operates as Global Business Lending, allegedly called consumers' cell phones without prior express consent.
California
Millennial Solutions, LLC, which operates under the Global Business Lending moniker, and the loan company’s two owners are on the receiving end of a proposed class action filed over suspected violations of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA). The plaintiff claims he received a call to his cell phone from the defendants on or around October 18, 2017 that was placed using an automatic telephone dialing system. When the man answered, the lawsuit states, he heard a pre-recorded message informing him he could get business capital should he apply and be approved for a loan. The lawsuit claims the plaintiff never provided Millennial Solutions nor the individual defendants prior express consent to be contacted.
