A proposed classed action citing alleged Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) violations claims the Hembree Group, Inc. and its namesake failed to pay proper overtime wages. The plaintiff, who was employed by the defendants from December 2015 through December 2016, claims he regularly worked at least five overtime hours per week performing non-exempt job duties without being paid time-and-a-half hourly wages for that over-40-hour work time.
