Florida Resident Sues Strax Rejuvenation Over Allegedly Unauthorized Marketing Texts

Strax Rejuvenation is the defendant in a Florida resident’s proposed class action in which she claims to have received more than 50 unauthorized marketing texts from the plastic surgery clinic.

Between March and August 2018, the defendant sent numerous texts to the plaintiff in which it advertised its services and offered discounts on cosmetic procedures, the case says. The woman alleges that she never gave the clinic consent to be contacted through an automatic telephone dialing system. In addition, the case points out that the plaintiff’s phone number was listed on the National Do Not Call registry when she received the messages.
