A proposed class action has been filed against Medicredit, Inc. by a Florida woman who claims the debt collector failed to clearly identify her creditor in a collection letter.
A proposed class action has been filed against Medicredit, Inc. by a Florida woman who claims the debt collector failed to clearly identify her creditor in a collection letter. The plaintiff allegedly received a collection notice from the defendant that demanded payment on a medical debt. According to the suit, Medicredit neglected to specifically name the plaintiff’s creditor and instead only listed the facility at which she received treatment, leaving her unsure as to whom she owed the alleged debt.
