Beaumont Products Incorporated, which does business as Clearly Natural Essentials, was hit with a class action lawsuit claiming the company's marketing is deceptive.
Beaumont Products Incorporated, which does business as Clearly Natural Essentials, was hit with a class action lawsuit claiming the company’s marketing and advertising for its Pure and Natural product line is deceptive. In a 44-page complaint, the lawsuit says Clearly Natural Essentials markets to health-conscious consumers under the pretense that its products are entirely natural when they actually contain synthetic ingredients. The class includes all consumers in the United States who purchased any of the 20Clearly Natural Essentials products listed in the complaint.
