Dominion Capital Mortgage Inc. is the defendant in a proposed class action that alleges the company violated the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) with its wide-scale telemarketing tactics, namely with repeated, unsolicited autodialed telephone calls placed to consumers’ cell phones.
