A New York consumer claims debt collector Ideal Health Benefits, LLC repeatedly placed automatically dialed calls to his cell phone in violation of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA). The lawsuit claims the plaintiff never provided consent to receive the non-emergency calls, which the case says utilized an artificial or prerecorded voice message.
