CrossAmerica Partners, Lehigh Gas Wholesale Services Among Defendants in ADA Complaint

A proposed class action lawsuit has been filed in Pennsylvania in which the plaintiffs allege facilities operated by the below defendants have parking lots and travel paths that are unlawfully inaccessible to those who rely on wheelchairs for mobility: 

• CrossAmerica Partners LP;
• CrossAmerica GP, LLC;
• CST Brands, Inc.;
• LGP Realty Holdings LP; and
• Lehigh Gas Wholesale Services, Inc.

The plaintiffs, who both rely on the use of wheelchairs, claim they experienced “unnecessary difficulty and risk” in parking areas of facilities operated by the defendants in Pennsylvania and Ohio due to inaccessible parking and excessive sloping.

The lawsuit seeks injunctive relief by way of the defendants removing the alleged accessibility barriers from their facilities.
