Filed: February 24, 2018 ◆§ 0:18cv60404
Per a lawsuit, M.G. Credit, Inc. has allegedly sent 'thousands of unlawful collection letters' in which it failed to disclose the names of the creditors.
From Florida comes a proposed class action wherein the plaintiff claims M.G. Credit, Inc. has dispatched to consumers “thousands of unlawful collection letters” in which the company has supposedly failed to disclose the names of the creditors to whom the debts are owed.
The plaintiff claims he received a collection notice in January 2018 that failed to explicitly state the entity to which he owed money, instead merely noting the communication was regarding “Karate America World HQTRS.”
