Plaintiffs in a proposed class action filed in Colorado against Comcast claim the cable and internet provider violated the FLSA by stiffing installers on their wages. The lawsuit alleges the company failed to recoup cable and internet service installers for vehicle and tool expenses. Additionally, plaintiffs say Comcast deducted money from their paychecks for “employer-provided tool costs.” The class may include any current or former employee who worked for Comcast from October 12, 2013 through the present.
