The plaintiff, a blind woman, claims Gilt.com contains “hundreds of access barriers” that make the site “difficult if not impossible” for blind and visually disabled individuals to use.
The plaintiff claims she was unable to independently navigate, browse, use or complete transactions on the defendant’s website.
