A class action filed in New York claims Camille Rose L.L.C. misleadingly markets its Camille Rose Naturals line of products. The 40-page complaint names 17 different Camille Rose products that the defendant specifically markets and advertises to health-conscious consumers. The lawsuit says, however, that these products are nowhere near as natural as their labels claim. The lawsuit argues the defendant’s stable of conditioners, moisturizers and body washes contain a number of synthetic, man-made ingredients, including certain components of pesticide formulas and commercial preservatives.
