A consumer who filed for Title 11 bankruptcy in 2013 has put her name on a proposed class action against PNC Bank NA alleging violations of the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). As a result of the plaintiff’s bankruptcy proceeding, the case says, her mortgage obligation and any other debt owed to the defendant was discharged.
