HEI Hospitality faces a proposed class action claiming its guest shuttle services are unlawfully inaccessible to wheelchair users.
A Pennsylvania wheelchair user has filed a proposed Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) class action against hotel operator HEI Hospitality in which she claims the company’s complimentary shuttle services are not wheelchair accessible.
