Compliance Advantage, LLC, Cal Laboratory Services, Cal Leasing, LLC and Reliable Lab are the defendants in a class action lawsuit claiming false laboratory results have caused adverse economic and emotional damage to the proposed class. One of the two named plaintiffs claims she is a former patient of a Kentucky addiction counseling business. As a result of false lab results reported by the defendants, the lawsuit claims, she lost custody of her child. The other named plaintiff, the complaint continues, lost vital clients and revenue because of the defendants’ alleged actions.
