Two plaintiffs with mobility disabilities claim in a proposed class action lawsuit against Turkey Hill, L.P. that some of its Minit Markets throughout Pennsylvania contain inaccessible parking lots and paths of travel that discriminate against individuals covered by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
