A Florida man claims in a proposed class action that defendant JP Morgan Chase Bank, N.A. violated certain provisions of the federal Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA). The plaintiff alleges the defendant, starting in January 2014, unlawfully placed calls to his cell phone using an automated telephone dialing system with a rerecorded voice message.
