A lawsuit has been filed in New York against Hua Da Inc. and Chinese restaurant Hot Sichuan over alleged violations of the decades-old American with Disabilities Act.
A lawsuit has been filed in New York against Hua Da Inc. and Chinese restaurant Hot Sichuan Inc. over alleged violations of the decades-old American with Disabilities Act. The suit claims the defendants have imposed a number of architectural barriers that limit access to patrons in wheelchairs and scooters. The suit is asking for a permanent injunction compelling the defendants to make necessary changes to its property to prevent future discrimination against the disabled.
