A proposed class action claims defaulted debt collection agencies Cavalry Portfolio Services, LLC and Cavalry SPV I, LLC violated terms of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) by using automated telephone dialing equipment to call consumers’ cell phones without their consent.
