Cash Fund, LLC and its CEO are on the receiving end of a proposed class action lawsuit filed by a Colorado man who claims the defendants placed illegal autodialed phone calls to consumers’ cell phones without their prior consent, which the case argues is a violation of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act.
