A CA man has sued the National Association for Medical and Dental, Inc. and one other after allegedly receiving 16 unsolicited robocalls in one week.

A California man who claims he received 16 unsolicited robocalls in one week from National Association for Medical and Dental, Inc. and Healthcare National Marketing, Inc. has filed a proposed class action against the companies over alleged Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) violations. The complaint alleges the defendants used an automatic telephone dialing system, with a prerecorded voice message, to attempt to sell him dental insurance. According to the plaintiff, the 16 calls he received came between June 29 and July 7, 2017.
