Miami Subs Corporation’s website, Miamisubs.com, is at the center of a proposed class action that alleges it contains access barriers that prevent blind and visually impaired users from being able to independently browse the sandwich seller’s online offerings. From the lawsuit:
The complaint, citing possible Americans with Disabilities Act issues, argues that the alleged access barriers found on Miamisubs.com have deterred the plaintiff from visiting the defendant’s brick-and-mortar locations.
