New York
Bowlerland Bildinic Lanes Corp. is facing a proposed class action lawsuit filed by a blind individual who says the defendant unlawfully denied him full and equal access to its website and the corresponding services offered online. The plaintiff says he attempted to navigate www.bowlerlandbowling.com, but could not independently use the site due to its incompatibility with his screen-reading software. As a result, he was allegedly denied access to the site’s services, including information about the bowling alley locations, hours, food, events, bowling options, bar and lounge, pro shops, special events, camps, schools, and policies.
