The Anthony C. Kraujalis Law Offices is up against a new class action claiming the Wisconsin law firm violated the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) in its communications with consumers. The law firm is alleged to have sent a letter to the plaintiff in which the amount of his debt was illegally misstated. According to the complaint, two days had elapsed between the date that the debt amount was calculated and the mailing date listed on the notice.
