It appears the floodgates have opened. Lumber Liquidators is facing another class action over its allegedly defective “Dream Home” brand of Chinese-made laminate flooring. Filed in California, the 38-page lawsuit alleges that the flooring is not as durable and does not meet industry standards as Lumber Liquidators advertises. The plaintiffs say that only a few months after installation, they began to notice scratching, chipping, dents, warping and curling along the edges of the flooring.
