A proposed class action filed in California district court claims the below defendants and the business’ owner violated the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) by sending unsolicited junk advertisement faxes that did not contain mandatory opt-out language:
- Allstate Insurance Company
- Allstate Indemnity Company
- Allstate Property and Casualty Insurance Company
- Allstate Northbrook Indemnity Company
- Allstate Insurance Company of California
The lawsuit claims the plaintiff and more than 40 other recipients received unsolicited faxes from the defendants.
