Aldous & Associates, PLLC is the defendant in a proposed class action lawsuit that claims it failed to notify consumers of their rights in its collection letters. The plaintiff says she received a letter from the debt collector that neglected to inform her of her right to dispute the alleged debt within 30 days of receiving the notice. The suit argues that the defendant’s failure to include this information violates the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.
