Florida
Alamo Rent a Car, LLC, Enterprise Holdings, Inc., and Enterprise Leasing Company of Orlando LLC are facing claims that they failed to provide promised insurance policies to consumers from outside the United States who rented cars in the United States. The complaint alleges that the defendants charged customers insurance premiums as part of their rental agreements and purported to insure their vehicles under a third-party policy. According to the suit, however, the defendants do not provide the promised policies, despite charging renters excessive premiums in exchange for them.
