A blind New York man alleges in a proposed class action that defendant Brooklyn Fare Kitchen Corp.’s website—Brooklynfare.com—is not compliant with the Americans with Disabilities Act since it is “difficult, if not impossible” for visually challenged consumers to use. Filed in New York federal court, the case claims the plaintiff attempted to use the defendant’s website to purchase products, but was impeded by its allegedly unlawful access barriers and its exclusively digital interface.
