The Peacock settlement, which received preliminary approval from the court on August 1, 2024, totals $3,742,637.14, and the official settlement website can be found at CARenewalSettlementPeacockTV.com.
The deal covers anyone who, from September 15, 2019 through February 27, 2024, enrolled in an automatically renewing Peacock subscription directly through the streaming service using a California billing address and was charged and paid an automatic renewal fee in connection with such subscription.

To submit a claim, head to this page and enter the class member ID found in the settlement notice you were emailed or mailed. If you lost or did not receive a notice, or if you have any questions regarding the deal, contact the settlement administrator.
Covered Peacock subscribers who file a timely, valid claim will be eligible to receive a pro-rata cash payment, estimated to be about $18.33.
As part of the settlement, Peacock has also agreed to update its checkout pages to include automatic renewal terms that fulfill requirements set by California’s Automatic Renewal Law.
According to the website, class members will receive their Peacock settlement payout after the deal receives final approval from the court, a hearing for which has been scheduled for November 21, 2024.
