Attorneys working with ClassAction.org want to hear from anyone who received notice that their information was compromised in a data breach experienced by Desert Physicians Management.
Desert Physicians Management, which provides administrative support services to physicians groups, alerted the Attorney General of California in June 2023 that a breach of its computer systems exposed patients’ highly sensitive data – including their names, addresses and dates of birth, as well as health insurance and clinical information.
The attorneys believe the healthcare services company may have failed to implement cybersecurity measures that would adequately protect patients’ data and are now investigating whether a class action lawsuit can be filed.
