You may be able to participate in a potential class action lawsuit against the manufacturer to recover financial compensation.
What's the Problem?
Dacor ovens and ranges come in a variety of sizes and include single and double wall ovens, as well as single and double fuel ovens. The control panels in these products can be especially complex and sophisticated; however, consumers have reported that electrical problems have rendered their Dacor ovens ineffective. These alleged problems include broken control panels, circuit boards, and thermostats. Some users have also reported that the self-cleaning function may be affected.
Valid Warranties Being Denied?
Dacor ovens and ranges are covered by extended warranty provided by Service Net LLC. Some consumers have reportedly faced problems receiving replacement Dacor oven parts or have had claims denied despite the fact that they had a valid warranty. Additionally, some repairs have not been able to fix or address the underlying problem with the ovens, according to consumers.
