Time Warner Cable Claims Data Privacy Plaintiff Suffered no Harm

Time Warner Cable (TWC) was brought to court to face claims that the company keeps records of its customers’ personal information after they have cancelled their service. The plaintiff had called for the destruction of any data on former customers held by TWC, stating that solely monetary relief would not satisfy his claims. On Wednesday, TWC called for the immediate dismissal of these claims, stating that the plaintiff has not suffered any harm in light of the accusations.
