On Tuesday, television personality Dr. Oz, as well as the company that makes the “fat-burning” supplements he promotes, were hit with a proposed class action lawsuit alleging there is no scientific proof to back up the supplements’ claims. Affected supplements are those sold by Labrada Bodybuilding Nutrition, Inc. and include the Raspberry Ketones Metabolic Enhancer.
