National Gas & Electric, LLC is on the receiving end of a proposed class action lawsuit that alleges it places illegal, autodialed telemarketing calls to consumers’ cell phones without their prior consent. The plaintiff in the case says he received a call from National Gas that went to his voicemail. After returning the call, he spoke to a representative of the defendant who allegedly attempted to solicit his business.
