Mason Companies, Inc. is facing a proposed class action lawsuit filed by a New Mexico man who claims he received daily telemarketing calls from the company without his prior consent. The suit alleges that the defendant, using an automated dialing system, “bombards unsuspecting consumers, with whom it has no relationship, with robocalls.” The plaintiff says he informed the company on multiple occasions that he was not the party it was attempting to reach and asked that it stop calling him, but the calls allegedly continued “over his explicit objection.”
