A Florida doctor alleges Summit Diagnostics sent junk faxes without first receiving prior express permission.
A Florida doctor claims in a proposed class action that defendant Summit Diagnostics, LLC sent out junk faxes in violation of the federal Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA). The plaintiff claims he never gave his express permission to receive the messages, which were allegedly sent to at least 40 other recipients without mandatory opt-out language.
