FL Debt Collector TrueAccord Corp. Facing Class Action

A Florida man alleges in a proposed class action that TrueAccord Corp. violated the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) when it allegedly sent him a collection notice that failed to note whether his balance owed may increase due to accruing interest or fees.
