The Everlywell settlement covers roughly two million people who purchased a product or service from Everlywell.com or Natalist.com at any time between April 4, 2019 and December 3, 2024.
The initial Everlywell class action lawsuit alleged the companies behind Everlywell and Natalist employed invisible tracking pixels to secretly record consumers’ interactions with the sites and share their data with third parties. The Everlywell lawsuit alleged that these transmissions exposed individuals’ private medical information, including details of the at-home lab test kits they bought.
The official website for the Everlywell settlement can be found at EWLabTestSettlement.com.
Class members who submit a timely, valid claim form online or by mail will be eligible to receive a pro-rated cash payout from the Everlywell class action settlement. The deadline to file a claim form is March 19, 2025.
According to the settlement agreement, roughly 660,000 class members used Everlywell.com or Natalist.com to purchase “sensitive” test kits and other products, such as tests for sexually transmitted infections, the settlement website states. Roughly 1,340,000 covered individuals used the websites to purchase test kits and other products that the settlement agreement calls “non-sensitive,” the site shares.
“Sensitive” test class members will be eligible to receive an equal share of a $2,640,000 settlement fund, while “non-sensitive” test class members will be eligible to receive an equal share of a $2,360,000 settlement fund.
To file an Everlywell claim form online, head to this page and log in using the class member ID located in the settlement notice you should have received.
You can also download a PDF claim form to print and return by mail. “Sensitive” test class members should use this claim form, and “non-sensitive” test class members use this claim form.
The Everlywell settlement was granted preliminary approval by the court in December 2024. A final approval hearing is scheduled for April 29, 2025. It’s usually after a class action settlement receives final approval and any appeals are resolved that class members will receive compensation.
