As part of their investigation, they need to hear from individuals who received a notice stating they were impacted.

Zenith American Solutions, Inc., a third-party employee benefits administration firm for Taft-Hartley trust funds, has disclosed a data breach that may have affected more than 11,000 individuals.

On September 6, 2024, the company discovered a phishing attack that compromised an employee’s email account. During the Zenith American Solutions data breach, the hacker gained temporary access to several email folders where sensitive personal information was stored. The compromised data varies for each affected individual and may include names, dates of birth, Social Security numbers, birth certificates, marriage certificates, and financial or banking information.
