Attorneys working with ClassAction.org are looking into whether a class action lawsuit can be filed in light of the VectraRx data breach.
As part of their investigation, they need to hear from individuals who received a notice stating they were impacted.
VectraRx Mail Pharmacy Services LLC, which provides home delivery of medications for on-the-job and personal injury claims, recently disclosed a data breach that may have compromised sensitive information belonging to certain individuals. On December 13, 2024, VectraRx detected unusual activity on one of its servers, prompting an investigation in collaboration with a third-party cybersecurity expert. The investigation revealed that unauthorized individuals potentially accessed and copied data stored by the company. A review of the impacted data was completed by January 7, 2025, identifying those whose information might be at risk in the VectraRx data breach.
The compromised data includes names, dates of birth, prescription numbers, prescription information, dates of service and potentially Social Security numbers. VectraRx is mailing data breach notices to affected individuals.
