Lawsuit Investigation
Attorneys working with ClassAction.org are looking into whether a class action lawsuit can be filed in light of the Valley Oaks Health data breach.
As part of their investigation, they need to hear from individuals who received a notice stating they were impacted.
Valley Oaks Health, a provider of mental health, addiction recovery and primary care services in Illinois, experienced a data breach where unauthorized access to portions of its network occurred between June 8, 2023 and June 13, 2023. Following an investigation, it was discovered that personal information, including Social Security numbers and names, of 50,352 individuals may have been exposed in the Valley Oaks Health data breach.
Valley Oaks Health is working with cybersecurity professionals to address the issue and has notified those impacted by the breach.
