Teleflora Data Breach:
Lawsuit Investigation
Attorneys working with ClassAction.org are looking into whether a class action lawsuit can be filed in light of the Teleflora data breach.
As part of their investigation, they need to hear from individuals who received a notice stating they were impacted.
On November 9, 2023, Teleflora, a flower delivery services company, discovered unusual activity in its systems related to a third-party software provider. An investigation of the incident was initiated, and subsequent findings on November 29 revealed that certain files from the network had been accessed or acquired by an unauthorized individual.
Starting March 13, 2024, notification letters were sent out by Teleflora to individuals impacted by the breach, which affected a total of 12,635 people. Information potentially exposed in the Teleflora data breach includes names, Social Security numbers and financial information.
If your information was exposed in the breach, attorneys want to hear from you. You may be able to start a class action lawsuit to recover compensation for loss of privacy, time spent dealing with the breach, out-of-pocket costs, and more.
A successful case could also force Teleflora to ensure it takes proper steps to protect the information it was entrusted with.
