Superior Communications Data Breach:
Lawsuit Investigation
Attorneys working with ClassAction.org are looking into whether a class action lawsuit can be filed in light of the Superior Communications data breach.
As part of their investigation, they need to hear from individuals who received a notice stating they were impacted.
Superior Communications, a provider of mobile accessories and services to major wireless carriers, retailers and more, recently reported a data breach. On July 12, 2023, the company experienced a network disruption, and an investigation revealed unauthorized access to certain files around July 9, 2023.
It was verified that some personal information, such as full names along with other variable data, may have been compromised. Superior Communications identified affected individuals and confirmed their current mailing addresses and is now providing notice to those impacted by the data breach.
If your information was exposed in the breach, attorneys want to hear from you. You may be able to start a class action lawsuit to recover compensation for loss of privacy, time spent dealing with the breach, out-of-pocket costs, and more.
A successful case could also force Superior Communications to ensure it takes proper steps to protect the information it was entrusted with.
