Additionally, sensitive medical information, including treatment and diagnosis details, prescription data, provider names, medical record or case numbers, Medicare/Medicaid ID numbers, health insurance information, and treatment cost details, may have been exposed.
Individuals affected by the Redwood Coast Regional Center data breach will receive direct notice by mail.
