PDRI Data Breach:
Lawsuit Investigation
Attorneys working with ClassAction.org are looking into whether a class action lawsuit can be filed in light of the PDRI data breach.
As part of their investigation, they need to hear from individuals who received a notice stating they were impacted.
On April 8, 2025, Personnel Decisions Research Institutes, LLC (PDRI), a talent management consulting firm and subsidiary of Pearson, reported a data security incident involving unauthorized system activity.
Upon identifying unusual activity, PDRI reportedly took affected systems offline and launched an investigation with a cybersecurity firm. The investigation revealed that Social Security numbers, financial account details, and medical information were compromised in the Personnel Decisions Research Institutes data breach in mid-January.
If your information was exposed in the breach, attorneys want to hear from you. You may be able to start a class action lawsuit to recover compensation for loss of privacy, time spent dealing with the breach, out-of-pocket costs, and more.
A successful case could also force PDRI to ensure it takes proper steps to protect the information it was entrusted with.
